REDUCE THE PAGERANK OF YOUR BLOG OR LOST THE PAGERANK

There are many points which we have consider in- order to
reduce the pagerank.Page rank is determined for each page and it is not for the whole site or blog.Page rank will not give any idea about the traffic.If the contents is suitable,it may get higher rankings in search engine rankings.
Page rank is calculated with a scale of 1 to 10. Less important sites will get a page rank of near 1.But top sites will have a pagerank of more than 7.

A formula used for calculating page rank is given below.


PR(A) = PR (X) / Y

X= PageRank values of each page that linking to page A
Y= Number of links from Pages X

Explanation to this is

PR(A) = (1-DF) + DF(PR(X)/C(Y) + ... + PR(Xn)/C(Yn))

DF= damping factor[ amount of your PR , actually pass on when link to another site. The value of DF is 0.85]

PR(A)= PageRank of any page A

PR(X)= PageRank of the page which links to page A

C(Y) =amount of total links in (X)


HOW THE PAGE RANK IS DECREASING

The decrease in the page rank may be due to these reasons
Find the downloading time of your site.Reduce the complexity of your site.The complexity may lead to it.
