Create an account by giving user name and email.Just login in to your account and click 'CREATE LINKS'.Thus you can shorten the URL.Type the URL you want to be shortened,starting with http://.You can select ads method as industrial/banner/none.Better take banners because it takes only less time to load.Also you can select none if you don't money and only want to shorten the URL.Click on 'CREATE'.
In the coming 'manage' page,you can see the statistics of your given URL.Then you will get the shortened URL.
